Date: 12/13/2004 Posted By: LolaRutherford The bartender scares me. Date: 06/10/2004 Posted By: Jon I just got back from having the worst lunch experience of my life!!!!! There were a total of 2 couples on the patio and maybe four inside Dressel's. After ordering, we waited 1 hour before asking the waiter the status of our order. He came out to apologize that it was taking so long. Wow!!! thanks so much....... you mean you just remebered to put our order in after an hour. At least make up something..... one of our cooks is sick, our kitchen is backed up, etc. How 'bout, "the couple that sat down, ate, and left all in the time you have been waiting, ordered something that was much easier to make," would have been at least creative. Well Dressel's, you have lost my business FOREVER!!!!! To you I lost an hour and a half of my life, still did not get to eat (because I finally left), and am pissed because your waiter thought that I was dumb enough to sit there. GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER!!!!! Date: 02/11/2004 I was only in this place once but I will never go back. I waitress there was so incredebly rude to us I could not believe it. We had a party of 6 people and we ordered food, the bill came so we left our money on the table and were getting ready to leave, when the waitress informed us that we had not left enough. I looked at the bill and said yes we had, then she flipped the bill over and there was another total that we had missed (we must have been looking at the food total or something I don't know) I then looked at the amount of money we had left and it was still 2 or 3 dollars more than the amount on the back side of the bill. So she was basically complaining because she thought we left her a bad tip on purpose. I told again that we had enough to cover the bill she then stated that she could have imposed an 18% gratutiy charge on the bill because we had a party of 5 or more and that we should have left more than that. I told her what she could with her tip took the extra 2 dollars and left. I will never go back again, there is never any situation in which someone should even try and dictate how much you should leave them for a tip.
